When I became a Man

Found this from a very special friend! A tard long but is an ocean of truth!
Enjoy!!

When I became a man
I put away childish things
But before I became a man
I didn’t always fit the shoes of a King
I was a child trying to find his way
The toys I played with kept my eyes occupied
And left my eyes in a lustful boyish frenzy
My playmates had long legs, short skirts and soft skin
They cared enough to lie down and wallow with me often
Jezebel turned out to be my very best friend
I’d look in her eyes before ever seeing the sunrise
Every time I paid her a visit and slept in

Before I became a man
I saw how God made Adam from dust
So likewise I tried to make love out of lust
I didn’t know any better
I was taught by example
“Let your mouth spit game, but never let your heart say much, ”
I treated his daughters like beauty pageant contestants
There would be zero return on their investments
Proverbs 31 was never a criterion for my selection
Keep in mind this was before I became a man

 Before I became a man
I would unlock my curse and throw away the key
I allowed anger to set up a construction company inside
Bitterness never rested
It left no time wasted
Whether Father loved me or not
All I could regurgitate was hatred
I became allergic to showing any form of compassion

Before I became a man
I was much shorter
Not just in height but in spiritual insight
Because I never had a picture
Nor did Pixar ever have a film
Showing me what God’s man really looked like

But when I became man Oh,
When I became a man
I learned how to love Father God right back
Even though I’m good at falling short of the glory
I reflect on my story
Through my praise
I’ll self publish a testimony
When I became a man
I learned how to cry
Because I’m not ashamed of my tears
Since I became a man
I’m no longer afraid of the dark
I’ll wrap my hands around James 5: 16
Confess, Pray, and Heal my Heart

 I have discovered something
That there are medicinal qualities
Right down the corridor of introspection
When I became a man
I learned how to love her My Esther, My Ruth
I learned how to honor her like she was Jesus’ mother
Because one day she’ll be pregnant
With the seed that will transport my legacy
So that my God and my name will both have longevity
Even after they bury me

I could not love her before
Because I was not able
My insecurities and my perfectionism had me
Looking in on the next best player
That was checking in at the scorer’s table
How could I possibly be her covering?
When I was an umbrella with holes in it
But I learned to love her like I ought to
Because I want Him to be my Father and my Father-in-law
Since that’s his daughter

When I became a man
I learned to love my brother
I’ll share my heart, my hug and my hallelujah
Because a hug and a hallelujah without my heart
Leaves room for his spirit to respond with “I never knew you”
I became a man so that when he became a man He would know a man
Who picked up the gospel and put the toys away

I am..

Look at me and smile
Hold my hand and walk a mile
Think of me and all the while
Want no one else in your life.
Call me baby when they are around
Call me friend when nothing is abound
Call me your one, your life
Because I am.

I am your sun, your light
I am your moon in the night
I am the wind in your hair
I am and will always be there.
I am the music of your heart
I am the rhythm to your dance
I am all this and more
I am all that you know.

I am strong and tender
I am your friend and lover
I am your sidekick and main-dish
I am one who knows what you’re thinking.

And I will always be….

Can't be, Won't be.. Without You.

The thoughts in my mind I put down as letters
The words that my mouth so sweetly utters
The deeds of my hands, my little fingers
These small these things, you, my heart offers.
You picked me from the grime
Washed me in your blood
You took my shame
And called me by name.

You walked me through those gates
That are told only in tales
You’ve shown me that it’s not fate
Nothing You’ve done is by mistake.
You’re crazy about me even when I mess up
You get butterflies in your tummy when I call you up.
You can’t wait to hear my voice each time
When I tell you that You are mine.

Where would be, if not for You?
I can’t begin t imagine the distance
Far from You, without You
Holding on to fallacies.
I have found unfading love, peace
I fell in love with You, and still is
I have fallen, still do, still will
But I know You’ll never leave.

I guess I just want to let you know
That I will need You especially when I want to let go
Help me keep it real, in Your truth
I’ll forever be chasing after You!

Above the Clouds...

Her small foot is swallowed in my canvas print
Her palm firmly on mine
She looks at me and smiles
I’m taken by the shine in her eyes.
‘I’ve never been in a big car,’ she says
There has been no need, where she stays
She has had no place to call home
Her life, has always been on the road.

School? Classroom? Foreign words
Words that the white one has
That has no place in her world
A distant dream, no more of a thought.
I smile at her, my heart breaks
She may never get her big break
Guns and bombs, her future they take
A sad and never ending plague.

As we walk around, its time for me to go
She wants more, not ready to let go
I whisper a promise.. I’ll come back tomorrow
She smiles knowing that may not be so.
So I get into that big car
Her hands firm on the window
A hard painful load I swallow
She mimes.. “Above the clouds..”
Above the clouds I will be safe
On the other side of this life
Above the clouds, I will be great
On the other half of this life.

Words of a healing heart..

I had found him!
I had found love that I still cherish
I had found someone I could last forever with
I had found him!

See he was my everything
My sweetheart, my prince and King
For him, I would give ANYTHING
My someone, my one, my only.
He taught me to dance to the beat of my heart
He wiped the tears when I hurt
I taught him to make us our world
I showed him it was ok for him, with me to let down his guard.

What a journey! What a rollercoaster!
What I would have done to have him closer.
Laughs and cries, wins and losses
Back downs and forces.
But it had to end as He is jealous
It had to end as He wants me on him, focus
It had to end though He knows I'm still crazy about him
It had to end coz it had to be about Him.

So I wait and try to redefine life
I sit and stare at invisible butterflies
I cry and hope for a better tomorrow
I smile and know there is a better tomorrow.
I have loved, I still love
I have loved, I still will love
I have loved, I still will forever love
Simply because I have known love.

For my Unborn

From the moment I knew you were in me
I promised you, I would never leave
From the moment I felt you inside me
I knew forever would be you and me.
I count the minutes, the hours, days
I love the bump, and the weight I've gained
His eyes light up when his hands caress my tummy
You know his touch coz you get so jumpy!

I passed the shop today and saw your booties
I teared at the thought of you, one day, in your dream boots
I dream about massaging your little feet as you sleep
I long to hear you laugh when you’re playing.
If time was a boat, I’d sail far away
If the shore was tomorrow, I’d swim on to forget today
If life was a book, I’d rush through the pages
Only to get to you.

I can’t wait for you to crawl, then walk
For you to trip and fall
I cant wait for your first heart break
Coz then my comforting arms will be your all.
I pray that I’ll be your best friend when you’re 26
Coz those silly ones will steal your heart away by 6
I pray that my words, in your mind will ring
And my counsel you will sing.

My little angel, I’ll give you my all
I’ll be the best mother just as I learn how
We’ll make mistakes and screw up together
Though I know, with these, we’ll grow closer
I’ll read every article in the internet
But I promise that my everything for you, will come from my heart
I hope to read this to you, someday
Just to show you, that I’m here to stay!

Wiser...

Gosh! It's been over a year since I last wrote!
So much has happened in my life.. And these words say just a flimsy bit.. I hope you like this piece.

*************************************************************************************

I now know I haven’t been the first
And just like light, truth has travelled fast
I now know that it could have been a lie
And like a labouring woman I did cry.
They say the writings were on the wall
But it took me everything to see that, my all
That where there is smoke, it’s definitely a blaze
And these lessons what an inferno they have raised!
Don’t ask how much I’ve burnt
See the scars I have earned
Don’t think of how I could be hurt
See the tears I have gathered.

I now know I had to go through the fire
For the diamond that I am to shine
I now know I had to walk through the tire
For the champ in me to fly
I now know I had to sulk and wallow
For me to get this joy I just cannot fathom
I now know I had to wake up
For my dream to be real.

I now know I had to shut up
For Your voice to speak.
I now know I had to run away
For me to You, be closer
I now know I had to stray
For me, in You, to be deeper.

I now know I had to screw up
For me to be wiser.

It's time.. I'm prime..

Diamond stone, you’ve been on my mind
Yet apparently so very hard to find
I have looked for you upon peaks high
Still, your sight is still not nigh.
They keep telling me to try harder
Walk longer, run farther
Search deeper, seek wider
Spot yonder, listen clearer.
Well, all that I have done and more
Put in more than I could know
Press on even when it’s no longer, no more
Amazingly, and for some reason, I keep holding on.

I see life when you’re beside me
Unspeakable bliss, I can’t stop imagining
Such mind’s peace and ease
Nothing comes closer to that feeling.
My dreams would be reality
My reality would be like no futurity
I’d be living for today and not any other
I’d have found my immaculate other!
Tell me, diamond stone, you can see it too
How lovely it would be, me and you
Tell me you feel the sway of the breeze so cool
How deep we are in the ocean blue.

But you quickly fade away
'No, not yet, child’ you say
But why do I feel, for u, I am prime
Why do you say it isn’t time?
I have given all I could
Sometimes even traded places with the fool
My tank empty was once so full
I have no more from me to pool.
I’m weary, can’t wait for the night
When I shall meet you in the starry light
See you and suddenly be all right
Until when I wake and you still remain in the night.

Scarlet Ingenuity

Oops! There goes my mind
Click click click..
Goes the sound of my heel
Sunebeam, Bata
Ah ah ah honey; D&Gabbana.

They got me on their covers
Others wish me in their covers
Some want me, in covers
Lifestyle of the rich and famous, and the others.

So I need to look good
Make this life look all good
Pose, smile for the camera
Walk, strut on this arena.

Burberry in my fragrance
Spotlight on me, the ambience
Drink, expensive hernessy
Recognize, y’all need to see.

By my side, husband my third
Just smile and wave boy, I'm the stud
Your shine is thanks to me hun
This script let me run.

Lift my hand as you help my step
Out of the limo, don’t fake your grip
Kiss kiss in the air, don’t mudge the face
Perfection is all they should trace.

Uuh I’m loving this camera action
My swagger, their reaction
My poise, their criticism
Mostly their fanatism.

And I look at them scream
Their praises for me they sing
I scorn them, they made me
Am famous, they are just ‘we’.

So then chant, dance, pass out
I’ll sign it for you then I’m out
Me and you two worlds apart
U remain others, I play the part!

Just..

Allow me a minute or two
And take you to lands afar
Choose a colour, yellow or blue
Sail with me, pick a star.

I write to escape, run away
In this rhythm I hope to sway
Have no clue not where me it shall take
As long as I just get my break

Come let’s stare at sunflowers
And hear the gentle rush of the waters
Mind not the passing of the hours
Let’s turn this escapade into ours.

Maybe forget the day
Monday Wednesday Friday
Let’s play with this breeze
Relish in its sweet tease.

No don’t wake me yet
I have to go with the sunset
No don’t leave yet
Dusk is just about yet.

Oh come on let loose
Put aside the ruckus
Embrace the swoosh
No need for fracas.

Just escape for a lil bit
You’ll be back in a bit
Enjoy the fantasy a bit
Let it suck your every bit.

We live once you know
So when u get time, just soar
U’ll be back you know
To the world’s irritating roar.

Of words and freedom..

Of words and freedom:

Oh Australia!!!!

Kevin Rudd, Australia’s Premiere is probably the one guy who I can say has a lot of nerve. (Choose a phrase to replace that if you want!) His recent speech focusing on a fundamental right, freedom of worship couldn’t have come out at a better time. A time where Nigeria has buried nearly and could be over 150 of its nationals killed over religion related differences. A time when many more nations have adamantly refused to let a ‘religious fugitive’ use their air space, let alone take a pit stop in their land. A time in which we are heading where who you think created the world may be your new passport!

Rudd strongly believes that ‘immigrants, not Australians must adapt’ to the country’s lifestyle, norms and historic caves of genesis that give a sense of belonging. You chose the place and all that defines and shapes it; then eat your vegetables! If you can’t change how the map looks like, then for the sake of all that is good and pure, deal with it. Live and let live. And that applies to the words and the freedom that it gives me as a human being. They say true freedom is only in the mind. I say out of the abundance of the heart (greatly linked to the mind in ways more than one) the mouth speaketh. Yes; SPEAKETH!

But Rudd also brings out another fundamental right should you not be comfortable. The ‘Freedom to Leave’. How simply intelligent this is Mr. Premier! Why would you shatter my car’s windscreen or worse still, get a bullet lodged in your stomach for a man you have never seen? Why would you fight what is fundamentally necessary to keep the ‘untouchable’ away from your backyard, meaning your safety comes first?

Very simple; leave. A whole nation can’t be staring immeasurable peril in its eye because of what can and can’t be said. For too long have governments and quite honestly you and I been compartmentalized because we can’t say this or that. The media have had their fair share of this cake, and pitifully will still be forced to gobble down some more. Why? Because we are afraid of the liberty we will own from freed words. Sadly we are more than comfortable in your little spaces and vocations. Better the devil we know than the angel we don’t right?

Wrong! Just like Rudd, I am more than convinced that we need to befriend this angel and really know what they are about. And if that means that I will have to speak, then so be it. The devil that we know is increasingly becoming the number one stranger, hovering right among us. Things need to change, and soon.

Let’s sew in the threads that have always held us together, tighten the knots of that mesh that we call ‘Kenya-ism’. Keep the faith, keep the culture, keep everything, keep it all. And if it means using words, then by all means, feel free.
‘We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.' said Rudd, the freed.

Wise words

Night brightens to day

Stars become the sun

Another day, another way

Another test..no please no, I pray.

They’ve become too many these tests

They’ve turned me too shady these tests

They’ve turned me too shaky these tests

These tests…

So when will I learn the lesson

And this lesson has a sequel

And the sequel its prequel

This lesson that shows me the fool.

Come on man, save me this time

They can’t see me like this prime

Status, space, vocation

Lights, camera, action..

It’s out in the light

The bright light shining

Illuminating my nudity

Draw the blinds, they shouldn’t see..

Point of order, why hide sir?

Let me be, there’s no order in that

Bring forth cloth; too much at stake

But sir, aren’t we all naked?

Stripped off our identities by rising ‘wannabees’

Our game unfairly lost by penny-eyed referees

Soaked present of icy cold future, trembling

All scared of tomorrow’s coming.

If you hide, where will we appear?

If you run, how will we disappear?

If you lie, what will we adhere?

If you cover, who will we admire?

Point of order sir, I beg to differ

This time not with global trends, but-out offers

Point of order sir, I beg to not filter

Your humanity not to alter.

Oh such innonence..guard it little one

Before it’s raped by this monster, this world

Come sit at my feet, listen to these words clothing me with good

They’ll very soon come do you good.

I have to hide little one

My openness will harm little one

Not you, those coming on

So tighten your lips, I said nought, you saw not.

Little one you turn away, I pray, take this test away!

Where do we run to?

4.53 pm on the 12th day of January 2010 must have been the darkest hour for inhabitants of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and its outskirts. Property of unknown worth reduced to shambles, deaths and casualties with numbers rising, owing to a 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Thousands still remain trapped in the rubble with more not knowing where else to call home save for the already packed streets. International aid agencies and governments world over are now ganging up humanitarian help in a bid to respond to this emergency situation.

Yet this huge catastrophe could have been avoided. According to the Miami Herald, geologists had long warned about seismic pressures building up along the Enriquillo Fault Line that runs from Jamaica through Port-au-Prince and into the Enriquillo Valley in the Dominican Republic. They had predicted a 7.2 magnitude earthquake or even more; they just didn’t know when it would happen.

A little back home, Kenya, and similar situations though not as grim leave the same bitter taste in our mouths. January 9th 2010 saw the death of three people, four others injured and 40 households left homeless as a result of a collapsed building in the country’s Central province. 21st October 2009, 17 people lost their lives working in a construction site, whose works had been flagged as disastrous by a local court three days before the incident.

In the month of December 2009 alone, at least 24 people as well as 6000 livestock died while 70,000 men, women and children were left in dire need of humanitarian aid as a result of floods prompted by the El-Nino rains. They too had been earlier advised by the Meteorological department to prepare themselves enough for the coming disaster. Some heeded, most stayed back with a part of them threatening to take legal action on the weather body due to their erred predictions as the rains had delayed. Before they knew it, their houses and property went away with the roaring waters. And just like Haiti as well as other many disaster prone countries, well let’s just say things could have been better.

Disasters are increasingly becoming part of our daily routine with experts alluding to climate change and other environmental related issues. Nonetheless, as long as we remain gravely unprepared for looming risks and disasters, tremendous death and loss of property will be inevitable when they (disasters) strike. Despite prior warnings by experts Port-au-Prince still remained overly congested with sprouted buildings everywhere, even on its hill slopes.

So then the hardest question begs, “Where do we run to?”

Though long overdue, governments especially of developing countries need to take a second and more serious look into investing in disaster preparedness and mitigation as opposed to emergency response. We need not have lost hundreds of people in an oil tanker tragedy to see the importance of teaching populace how to keep safe in such scenarios. Should Haiti have put a few stringent measures relating to disaster mitigation and reduction, maybe the impact and effects wouldn’t have been as immense.

It is imperative for us to know what disasters we are likely to face, what to do to keep us safer in such situations and how we prevent future occurrences of the same. Let us build our homes and other structures on higher grounds to protect us from floods. Avoid the hill slopes, stay a safe distance away from the beds or shores of huge water bodies or plant more trees on hills or mountains that will slow down torrents flowing downwards. Most importantly, invest in young children’s knowledge and education on disaster reduction and bring up a more disaster resilient generation. Teach them to cut huge bushes that harbor dangerous animals like the snake instead of how to kill it after its bitten their ankles. Use the locally made sand bags instead of over relying on the fire department’s carbon dioxide to put out the inferno.

It is time we took responsibility of our safety first and then marvel at the greater levels of development we shall be propelled to soon after.

2010

"New Year, new things" you wil hear them say
Yet the new really is just the previous in another day
Listen to how they criticize their past
Hate on how so much, them, passed.
Take note of their renewed vows
How they promise to recover lost
Changing ways, more like changing lanes
Driver, automobile, roads still the same.
And that's what they do every 31st
Scream their lungs out, toast again to a 1st
Saying away old be gone, new we trust
Forgetting that truly they never learn.
For once this 2010, just live
Be your own man who is not afraid to do the same just a bit differently
Then maybe the resolutions could once offer solutions.

Live 2010!

For G, hoipng this isnt in loving memory..

I sit here thinking
Trying to remember its starting
Seems like jus yesterday
When all was happy and gay..

(Sounding Slap, then scream)

Your slaps and screams startle me
Your words and fights hurt me
Your hateful stares scare me
You here, have messed me.

My insides are bleeding
Literally, am in pain writhing
Shut up and look at me crying
Aint my tears to you, frustrating?

Again you slap her
Again you push him
Again I ask. Where are we?
Where are those we called us?

There’s no more smiling
No more hugging
Its cursing and swearing
Its shouting and hating!

Where did it all go wrong mama?
Put the whip down papa?
Not here when am watching
Neither in your room in hiding!

Am slowly dying
You died long before
Am surely dying
You lost hope long before.

See, I am dying
What are u doing?
My grave you are digging
Surely I am dying!!!

Help me someone
Help me anyone
Save me form their sin
Revive me again!

Child on Back

This piece is probably a paid tribute to all those Congo women I have just seen on the news; child on back, household on head and mind, threads of hope in heart, running away from the ear piercing, adrenaline pumping sound of invisible gushing bullets. This piece is probably dedicated to those like these women, baggage upon baggage, running away from the harshness of life in search of a safe haven. And these women are much like us all, living the hard way just like us, even though sometimes it seems like theirs is much harder. But think about it. This stranger called life calls on us with every waking moment. 99 per cent of our awake time is spent trying to relate wit this stranger. Its issues we bear, they become our issues. And just like the frightened Congo mama holding to feeble hands of her young, we hold on to feeble hands of the future. Child on back for me, you wonder? The struggles, the wins, the losses, the ups and downs that are meant to make us better people. If it don’t kill you, it just makes you stronger, that’s what they say. But even as we run, do we really? These ‘children’ finally get a place in our systems, tightly and safely buckled to our backsides, sort of etched marks on our footpaths, indicators of where we have been and sometimes where we are headed. Constant reminders of that we carry, so close yet sometimes so heavy, yet we just can’t seem to let go. We just can’t seem to detach ourselves from this ‘load’.
But the question still begs, with this child on back, will we ever get to the Promised Land? When will the journey ever stop? When do we get to the cross roads, how much harder, how many more long treacherous days, blood-hungry nights, how much longer? When do we finally get to breathe, let out that air that we have so desperately been rushing for? I mean, when do we get the children off our backs and let them walk? When do we let go? When do we get to listen to the lovely symphony of the avian chirps and just flow away with the music? When do we get to see the rhythmic harmony coloring of the rainbow? Just when do we let loose? When do we let the child down?
Maybe the courageous Congo mother, who has to be strong for herself and her household even more, has the answer.
Maybe we will never know.

Yester tears

You walked in. Face butted, dusty, dirty; needy. Your hands stretched out, reaching to someone, a ‘Good Samaritan’, for that extra coin that is malingering in their able pockets; what they do not know is that that coin coins out your life.

And you stood there, waiting, wanting; needing. Some gave, someone didn’t.

But someone said something, or they didn’t. But they ripped you apart, injuring your already broken heart; hurting you.

That’s when the diamonds fell. You cried. As if dreading what awaits. ‘How can they not see?’ you probably asked. ‘Don’t they know am in this life not because I want to, but because I have to?’ ‘And now you make me cry.. I know I am thousands of steps behind, but why leave me in my own perish? Why not save me from this animal called life?’

You walked in again, trying not to sink in the depth of your tears. You quickly wiped the gems from your cheeks, those gems that they didn’t see.

Again, did your rounds, stretched your hand. Some clutched their bags, others saw your ghost. She then came, held you apparently oblivious of your filth.

She gently but firmly escorted you out, saying you had had enough. Taking one look at us before your exit, as if to catch a glimpse of what ‘life’ supposedly looks like.

Then off you went, swallowed into the pit of the night, the dark streets aligned with other walking forms of life.

I stared at you as you disappeared. And in my mind you were blackened out too. But I felt this hanging cloud over me; I just couldn’t tell what it was. Then it dawned to me, when I told your story to another.

It was you. My heart went out to you, and I didn’t see that coming.

And now almost 15hours after that priceless spectacle, I still see you.

Clearly.

I remember your face.

I see your eyes.

I see your strife.

I hurt silently from afar, for you, with you.

I just wish I would have capture yester’s tears. Somehow.

Just for you.

Then maybe you wouldn’t cry.

Maybe yester’s tears might have been a façade.

Mr. Mkubwa

Last night my four kids and I
Slept hungry, on the aisle
Yes sir, that aisle that your Passat passed by
You dint see me, your tints hid my crying.

Oh and did I tell you my son goes hunting
Yeah, he just turned 13
Hunting? I meant fending.
You see I still use this language
That my mother taught me in the village

Sons went hunting, girls stayed cleaning
But I heard a word that you had invented machines
And you needed people to be working.
Problem is a thousand and more beings
Ran from all over, for your one machine.

Who was I to be left behind?
I carried what I could find
Child on back, hope in mind
I had to work at the machine
My children needed to eat.

I came here and the tall buildings caught my attention
Shifting focus for a mention, ‘What a construction?’
Then my babe burped, I shook, had to continue my mission
My daughter, on the glass, fascinated by her reflection.
My sons taken by your automobiles’ emissions.

Long short, I came short
No machine, vacancies fort
‘Mama, wewe taka nini hapa?’
‘Kazi hakuna, kazi kwisha, kwenda kabisa.’
You have to be kidding me
‘Unajua nimetoka wapi?’

So here I am, here we are
My sons, my daughters and I
Fathers of my sons and daughters of my mothers
We still sit by the aisle
Waiting, just waiting..
Maybe one day you’ll roll down your tints
And wink at us.
Throw us your ‘bakshish’ cuisine
How we will rejoice!

Ama I send you an sms Mr. Mkubwa
I heard u have just zero rated mobile phones
But wait, how do I get you number?
07.. ama +44 ending with a saba?
Aaii, lakini Mr. Mkubwa, onge bamba
Access denied!

So meet me at the aisle
Today, tomorrow, next and next..
I promise, Mr. Mkubwa, I’ll be waiting.

The New Road.

The blind has finally been lifted. I have decided to open my eyes. Savor the scenery, live the viewpoint, rise with the horizon. The pleas have been heard, the tears wept. But the fear still lingers as we start this new road. this road that we have no clue where it leads. This new journey we are taking.. Together. The fear still lingers.
The past has robbed me of hope for the future, my tomorrow drained in the rain of today. I dont doubt, lovely times i have had, and i have also been under he weather. But this fresh air i now breathe, is totally refreshing. In fact so refreshing that i am scared of liking it too much. I just might get hooked and that would be the beginning of the end. I just might get hooked and when i can breathe no more.. I'll die.
So i give you my hand as we approach the cross roads. They say we live once and truly we do. So i won't hold back, i'll water our seed, grow our flower until it blossoms. Until the petals wing out, plant themselves on the ground, bear others.. Signs of our seeds. We try, however far we get, we tried. It's going to be a long road this one, but as long as our feet can carry as and however far they do, let's make it happen.
This one's for you, Onduks!

Now yours.

Me.
